Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting client relationships, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
Role Specific
• Manage client relationships by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications with clients
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support Client Service Administrators to drive the workflow for the Accounting team and to ensure tasks are completed within timeframe expected by the client.
• Prepare client communications and correspondence as required.
• Undertake administrative support tasks and duties as directed by the Practice Manager
• Attend training sessions or workshops on industry updates or new software applications

Skills and Experience
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-focused mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethics.
• General understanding of accounting and tax terminology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to ensure work is completed
• Team success orientated.

• The ability to effectively respond to change.
