Location is Glenview (Near Aussie World)
We are loosing one of our legends and need another superstar to fill her little boots!
The role is part time (Full time is possible), 30 hrs (Mon to Fri) and suitable for school hours (flexible working arrangements!)
You must have Experience in the following
- Payroll
- Rostering
- Systems – Xero, Deputy, Square, Excel and Canva
- Some Marketing/Sales Experience
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Weekly Payroll
Complex Rosters
Assistance with Recruitment
Completing Staff contracts
Banking and Till Balancing
Assisting with customer enquiries, quotes and bookings
Ordering office supplies
Updating forms, procedures, and menus
Maintaining POS System
Developing marketing flyers
Social media
Managing leave requests
