We are looking for someone to join our company in the Administration department, in our small office, and who has an interest or background in construction sector.
You need to be enthusiastic, motivated to learn, have a valid drivers licence.
Some of the tasks include, but not limited to:
- Creation of Word and Excel documents (sound knowledge required)
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, data entry
- Assisting with Tenders and Contracts
- Meeting Minutes (assisted)
- Inspection reporting (assisted)
- Other Administration tasks
- Safety documentation
Ideally the successful applicant must have:
- A strong willingness to learn;
- A mature attitude;
- Attention to detail;
- Valid drivers licence;
Previous experience is not required, training will be provided.
