Administration Assistant

Meals on Wheels Rockhampton is a not-for-profit community service which prepares and delivers nutritious meals to the frail, elderly and people living with disabilities in the Rockhampton region. 

The Role:

• Permanent part-time role (Mon to Fri , 20-25 hours per week)
• Must have outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with Clients, volunteers and fellow team members.
• Undertake general administration and office duties.
• Great attention to detail and time management abilities and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• A knowledge of Xero Accounting software is desirable but not essential. 
• Current police check or ability to acquire.
• Full Covid - 19 Vaccinations and current flu vaccination.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Knowledge of the Community Care sector desirable but not essential.
