Seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join a lively and fun team in a central location.
Job Overview:
As an Office Administration Assistant you will provide:
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations including answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for efficient office management.
- Meeting Scheduling: Manage bookings, calendar requests and meeting room requests
- Facility Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace organisation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles in office environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Experience working with computers and common office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Details:
- Office is located 15 minutes from Perth CBD
- 3 month contract, 5 days a week, with opportunity to go full time after contract ends!
- $25 an hour
