Administration Assistant

Based in Moama, NSW, we require an enthusiastic & energetic Administration Assistant to join our busy finance team. Reporting directly to the finance manager, your duties will involve:

• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
• Ensuring only approved invoices are marked for payment
• Communicating with suppliers re discrepancies, and payments
• Matching purchase orders to invoices and delivery dockets as required
• Organising meetings, catering and servicing client meetings
• Various other related administration tasks as advised, this will include electronic and manual filing.
• First point of contact for all customer visits and assisting with catering arrangements, preparation for meetings, etc.
• Main point of contact and recording for all initial employment enquiries over the phone and by email.
• Any other reasonable request.

Qualifications:

• A formal qualification is not required for this role, but would be looked upon favourably
• Significant experience processing accounts payable, preferably in a high volume or manufacturing environment
• Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
