As a company MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP , Dell Cisco etc to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more.
Salary Range: 40K - 60K p/a
Duties will include:
- In-house Client Liaison
- Answering phone-calls and e-mail enquiries;
- Providing Order Status updates
- Providing After Sales Care/Follow-ups
- Data Entry
- Entering Orders
- Typing Proposals & Quotations
- Assisting in Varied Tasks within the business
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales or customer services experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Time Management
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
