Key tasks…- Maintain presentation of reception and office area
- Greeting and directing customers and visitors
- Data entry
- Partial Accounts Payable duties - entry, reconciliation, follow-up
- Answering and directing all calls and inquiries
- Manage office consumables
- Assist with general administration duties
- Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail with written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Natural ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A friendly and supportive nature willing to help the team when required
