The Company
Situated in Port Melbourne, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join an award winning infrastructure organisation. The office can be accessed via public transport and has free car parking available.
The Role
Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be highly responsible for providing exceptional administration and client service support to the Project Managers and the business unit.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage client portals, accept and manage service orders
- Answer & transfer incoming telephone calls and handle general enquirys
- Process purchase orders and invoices using Pronto
- Document management and data entry
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word Documents
- Complete administration forms - Journals, Credits, New Debtors and New Suppliers etc.
- Reception relief and general administration duties

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
