The Role

  • Supporting both the Director of sales and rental Head of Department on various ad hoc requirements to move the business forward.
  • Preparation and coordination of client presentations and submissions/pitches.
  • Regularly updating online listing portals to maximize exposure e.g. REA and Domain.
  • Organising pre/post-sale administration and marketing.
  • Maintaining social media presence and managing daily content.
  • Preparing and sending monthly newsletter and database management. 
  • State-of-the-art technology, including; PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE, LockedOn, RP Data, Engage, DocUSign, Xero, CampaignAgent.
  • Handling REIV Documentation (contracts, authorities etc.).
  • Coordinate office requirements, printing, inventory and supplies etc.
  • Coordination of quarterly staff team building events.
  • Work from our brand new Fitzroy North office - Free all day parking!

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday

About You 

  • Previous Real Estate administration experience required
  • Strong administrative skills in Microsoft Suite (you should rate yourself an 8+ out of 10)
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload 
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Current driver's license
  • A willingness to have fun and “don’t sweat the small stuff”
  • A great sense of humour
