A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM YOU'LL
Liaise with clients, case managers etc communicating our process
Ensure the integrity of all information and data on our systems
Facilitate and track mew client activations, information, documentation etc.
Work collaboratively with our team helping to ensure that deliverables are met
Attend to anything admin
Assist the Operations Manager and greater team to build and manage strong, positive stakeholder relationships and much more!
Work out of our North Sydney office.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
High attention to detail and great follow up skills
The ability to juggle a multitude of task simultaneously
Professional communication and customer service
The ability to think on your feet
Ideally database, CRM and booking/scheduling experience
An "all for one and one for all" approach
