- Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts
- Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes
- Manage 3 rental properties and accommodation bookings
- Book travel/flights.
- Site access paperwork, including booking Medicals and DAS
- Maintain all site registers - Organise quarterly testing
- Manage office maintenance, including IT
- Manage maintenance and servicing of forklifts, overhead cranes, and pressure vessels
- Maintain training matrix - Update and book when required
- Payroll – Oversee admin officer and assist when required
- Setup new users and process new subcontractors
- General support for all managers/supervisors
- Organise events and conferences
- Liaise with internal and external clients.
- Assist administrative staff in other branches
- 2+ years as an Administrator (working in a workshop is advantageous)
- Must be a Kalgoorlie resident
- Have the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement
- Display a high level of efficiency with day-to-day tasks while managing problems that may spontaneously arise
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the administration team
