I'm looking for Administration Coordinator that can do a variety of roles and some PA work. The main role will be looking after all the bookings for a private Island resort in Indonesia. And of course you will need to travel there at some stage to know what you are selling and answer questions about it. When you are not looking after the bookings and everything Admin to do with the island we have a family business that needs your help too. We have currently the CFO and the owner that need some PA assistance. Small items, right through to help with all things administration. We will need assistance with things like managing properties, Breweries, hire businesses and many other investments classes. Accounting or Hospitality experience will be an huge advantage. Each day will be very different. And a desire to learn is essential.
It is Important that you are flexible with hours at times as the role is quite varied and can require lots of outside normal working hours.
Some of the duties include -
- Managing all aspects of bookings for the resort
- Accounts: Payables and expenses processing, reconciling and Receivables collection, payroll, super and other Accounting responsibilities.
- Office Administrator: Stationery & Staff Amenities, oversee Board Room, errands and travel planning
- Managing personal and business affairs which include but not limited to properties, resorts, transport companies, brewery and business interests around the world.
- The person needs to be self motivated and work without supervision. The person needs to be a people person as they will be representing the Owner frequently.
- The candidate needs to be happy doing basic jobs like data entry, collecting mail, then be just as capable to assist with tenders, high level meetings and accounting work.
- Management of Yachts, Properties, Plane and personal assets as required.
- Help organise and execute small to large events.
- Working hours can vary, and sometimes includes weekends.
The role will be reporting directly to the owner and CFO.

- Full WA driver’s license with good track record.
- WWCC and Police check.
- Be available to travel both interstate and overseas occasionally.
- Administration, Accounting or Hospitality background is beneficial.
