We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Coordinator to join our close-knit team.

As a small and busy office, we need a solution-focused individual with a can-do attitude who is comfortable performing a diverse range of duties, often at the same time, including: general administrative support; client & candidate liaison; preparing and editing reports and documents; maintaining (and developing new) systems and procedures; providing project support; and coordinating regular workshops and events.
We need an enthusiastic all-rounder, who excels in a small team environment, displays initiative, takes ownership of internal processes and workflows from beginning to end and enjoys contributing to the efficiency of our business.
