We need an AdministrationCoordinator to join our team.
About you and the role:
- The welcoming face of the business, meeting incoming clients, dealers and salespeople.
- Answering incoming calls and directing to the required area.
- Accounts receivable and payable reconciliation and invoicing.
- Coordinating transport of new machines.
- Administration support to staff.
- Daily banking reconciliation.
- Maintaining new build records and filing
- Processing new machine orders.
- Administration support to Spare Parts department.
Our workshop is based in Molong, NSW 2866.
