ABOUT THE ROLE
South Gippsland Shire Council is looking to increase its casual workforce with experienced Administration and Customer Service Officers to fill short term vacancies in various positions across Council.
These positions will mainly be located in Leongatha, however there could also be a requirement to work from Foster or the Coal Creek Community Park & Museum in Korumburra.
The hourly rate will vary depending upon each role but will generally commence at $43.45 per hour (including 25% casual loading).
Council will support you to succeed in your casual role by providing opportunities for training across the software and systems used within the organisation.
Note: As these are casual positions, all applicants should be aware that any offer of employment will not guarantee the future offer of any hours of work.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in office administration, reception or Customer Service roles. You must be adaptable, flexible and have the ability to respond to changing needs of customers.
You must be able to manage time efficiently and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will require well developed oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
You must also be able to demonstrate abilities in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
