About the Company
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join a NSW government organisation based in Strathfield - full time in the office.
About the Role

• Take calls and make call, send and respond to emails.
• Provide a range of Customer Service and administrative tasks - prioritizing workload and managing competing demands and ensure quality customer experience and efficient process.
• Supporting delivery teams with administrative activities essential to the management of online students in a high volume training environment and building trusting relationships, collaborating with team and taking initiative.

About You

• Excellent Customer Service skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise tasks
