About the Position
We are looking to welcome an Administration Intake and Program Support Officer to deliver high quality administration and customer services support to team members and clients based at Kedron and Wooloowin.
- Part time (0.7 - 0.8FTE) opportunity.
- Level 3 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $71,136 - $74,739 (pro-rata) plus super.
- This role is until 13 September 2024.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive shared knowledge, and achieve positive organisational outcomes across purchasing, accounts payable, IT and general administration.
- Efficiently and effectively manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails.
- Process invoices ensuring correct billing, authorisation, accuracy, and timely payment.

About You
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a purchasing support/administration role including purchasing, asset management and accounts payable experience.
- Strong administrative skills with a proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
