Our client, an established Australian property consultancy firm, is looking for an experienced people manager to lead their office administration team. You will be joining a large office and supporting senior stakeholders with a variety of administrative duties.
About the Role
Leading a team of receptionists, administrators and project officers, this role is integral to the office as your team will be central to a smooth-running workplace. This role is responsible for delegating duties to team members, as well as streamlining and executing administrative workflows and procedures. Leadership skills, a can-do attitude and stakeholder management is essential within this role!
Duties
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the administration team to manage the general administrative duties in the office
- Managing the performance and development of direct reports
- Supporting staff in administration initiatives when requested by Business Services leads
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on office and administration related manners
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate, you must have:
- Previous experience in people management
- Previous experience in managing office administration
- A current driver's licence
- Have full working rights in Australia
