ADMINISTRATION MANAGER – WORK CLOBBER BUNBURY

Work Clobber is the longest established workwear specialist in Bunbury, supplying quality clothing, boots and a select range of safety accessories to retail, trade and industry.

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our team and coordinate the administrative, human resource and work health and safety activities under the direction and guidance of the General Manager.

The role includes:

  • Supervision of the Admin team consisting of admin, finance and procurement staff.
  • Overseeing and management of Human Resources including liaising with all Work Clobber staff to undertake probationary and performance reviews, payroll queries, employment contracts, disciplinary action, workers' compensation and terminations, recruitment and inductions and staff training. 
  • Championing Work Clobber’s commitment to a safe and healthy work environment by working with our external WHS specialists to implement policies and educate staff on Work Health and Safety, including Mental Health Safety.
  • Coordinate administrative, compliance and governance activities including company Policies and Procedures, property maintenance, security, IT and telecommunications, marketing and social media, regular financial reporting, subscriptions and memberships and compliance with legislation.

To be eligible for selection, you must have high level administration experience and:

  • a working knowledge of human resources and WHS processes
  • an understanding of a medium sized retail/trade operation
  • minimum 3 years’ experience in Administration/Office Management within a small to medium sized business
  • extensive experience with MS Office software
  • an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • an interest in and ability to improve systems; commitment to excellence.

Qualifications in Human Resources and/or Work Health and Safety, and experience in Retail Express, MYOB and Xero are a distinct advantage and will be highly regarded.
