Administration Manager
South West Kids Clinic - Prestons – NSW - Full Time
About the Role:
South West Kids Clinic is expanding and we looking for an experienced and passionate professional that will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of our organisation. The Administration Manager will play a crucial role in partnering with our leadership team, lead and develop a small team as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. We’re looking for a take-charge individual who feels comfortable delegating tasks among the team and who can make changes to improve our office’s efficiency and productivity metrics.
The role is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week. On some days our service operates from 7am and there may be a requirement for you to support the early start, however, this will be discussed in further detail with the successful candidate.
The Opportunity
- Overseeing all administration process’ and activities
- Coordinating with peers to ensure consistency and share best practices
- Maintaining registers, databases and client portals by entering data, exporting data, uploading service reports and client-specific documentation and invoices
- Foster and implement a commitment to continuous improvement
- Manage client / system feedback and escalate accordingly
- End of day reconciliation
- Assist in minimising administration errors

People Management
- Develop, support, and maintain, an engaged, professional, and motivated team ensuring that the climate in the workplace is one of harmony, teamwork, and high morale, leading to high quality performance
- Managing, coaching, and mentoring a dedicated administration team
- Continually review and monitor your team’s workload
- Conduct 1:1 meetings / team meetings and participate in leadership meetings
About You
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in business administration, or related field are preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Administration Managerial role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace
- Ability to develop and drive employee performance through business process improvement techniques
- Superb interpersonal skills and creating a positive working environment
- You demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all levels
