Rowson’s Plumbing Services is a proudly Western Australian owned and operated company that specialises in commercial and industrial plumbing services in the Perth CBD and metropolitan areas. We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team.
About the Position
- 20 hours per week
- Tues - Fri 9am - 2pm
- 12 Month Contract - Start 26th March 2024
- Your role will be to provide Administration support to the Office Manager and Management Team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Your main duties will include but not limited to:
- Job pricing
- Client invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Plant & Equipment service management
- Liaise with trades team
- General office duties
- Reception cover
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years Administration experience required
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail, problem solving skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Flexible and able to provide assistance to the team when needed
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- A professional and customer focused manner
