An exciting opportunity exists to join our iconic news brand, The West Australian, in the role of Administration Officer within our high-performance Customer Engagement team. In this role your organisational, administrative and data handling skills will be put to use for a variety of regular and ad hoc tasks.
This is a full time, fixed term 12-month contract, covering a period of parental leave.
About the Role
- Processing and management of weekly returns process and reporting
- Resolving invoicing and returns queries
- Overseeing resolution of supply shortages in a timely manner
- Receipt and processing of customer book orders
- Responding to customer (internal and external) email and phone enquiries and actioning requests accordingly within the Circulation system
- Troubleshooting system issues and working to resolve
- Ensuring high quality of data entry and information management
- Contributing to weekly team meetings to help build our positive team culture
About You
- Strong administrative skills, with at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or customer support role
- Process driven, strong time management, exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency with MS Office
- A proactive approach, a positive outlook with a can-do attitude
