The role: Centacare Community Services is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer with a strong focus on customer service to join our team in Stone Corner on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency. This role also involves maintaining stock ordering, record-keeping, archiving, and distribution of email correspondence. Key Responsibilities: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from clients with professionalism and dedication to resolving inquiries efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing accurate information about our services. Process stock orders and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for service delivery. Perform record-keeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and archiving of documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Manage the distribution of email correspondence to appropriate team members and ensure timely responses to client inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
