As an Administration Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Student Enrollment and Records Management
- Assessment Support
- Communication and Liaison
- Reporting and Data Entry
- General Administration Support
- Adhoc duties
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on results and efficiency.
- Outstanding adaptability, capable of quickly adjusting to new challenges and tasks.
- Strong communication skills, fostering effective and constructive collaboration within and outside the team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, ensuring all responsibilities are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Previous experience in an RTO environment
- Proficient in accurate data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated capacity to manage tasks effectively and prioritize work
- Efficient and self-directed in completing tasks
- Familiarity with SAP software preferred
- Desirable knowledge of the rail industry
