This role requires an experienced receptionist and/or administration whizz to provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service for our Maroochydore office. Someone with a broad range of administration experience, a can-do attitude (no job too big or small) and enjoys working independently would really thrive in this role. Specific services include reception, postal/courier services, coordination and office support services.
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in our Maroochydore Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre (hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm).
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of previous reception experience
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Proven administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Practical experience in a similar role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of information
- Practical thinking and ability to deal with reactive situations in a calm and coordinated manner
- Ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously, but always in the best interests of the team
