Smith’s Lawyers are seeking motivated a candidate to join our administration team. If you're looking for a dynamic, interesting role, where you can be immersed in the fast-paced legal industry, we'd like to hear from you.
Based in our centrally located Southport office, we are looking for a diligent and organised self-starter, who is looking to develop their career and enjoy professional growth.
You will have the opportunity to assist our legal team help people who have been negatively affected by accidents at work or in a motor vehicle, to receive the justice they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Confirming supplier bank details and entering invoice payment requests into our CRM system
- Sending remittance advice notifications to suppliers
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning incoming mail into Raven software, renaming and filing in the appropriate folders in our CRM system
- Allocation of incoming mail to the relevant team
- Opening new client files
- Daily filing of documents
- Assisting with archiving processes
- Providing back up cover for other staff within the administration team
- Assisting with managing email inboxes, renaming and filing documents to the relevant folder on the client file
- Reception back-up support when required
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as allocated by management

- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient (intermediate to advances) with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- 2+ years’ experience in an Administration
- Ability to support team and cross train in all admin tasks/functions.
