Mr Blockage Plumbing & Gas are a family owned Maintenance Plumbing Company servicing the Perth Metropolitan area. We are looking for a reliable, full time, Scheduling and Office Administrator to join our busy team to assist in the smooth running of our office and assist will all reception duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with all reception duties
- Assist our current Schedular in scheduling jobs to plumbers when required
- Assist in reconciling accounts
- Assist in processing of invoices
- Assist in resolving client queries
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
Skills Required
- A professional telephone manner and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in a trade environment (desirable)
