About the role
We're seeking a friendly and dedicated Administration Officer to be the face of our company. As the primary point of contact, you'll ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations at the front desk. This full-time role includes:
- Managing calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Handling daily incoming and outgoing freight
- Greeting and assisting clients professionally
- Maintaining a clean and organized office and warehouse
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling ad-hoc administrative duties
- Invoicing
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Proven problem-solving and organisational abilities
