About the role:
Our Community Care business unit is responsible for supporting seniors, people living with dementia/disability or from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background with information, referral or services.
The in-home services we deliver has the potential to make a difference in people’s lives as they aim to live independently in their own home. Your role ensures that scheduled in home services are organised in a timely manner and to their overall satisfaction.
The Administration Officer works on a permanent full-time basis and will be a first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who is personable, compassionate and confident with a good attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service with a positive and confident approach
- Effectively manage in home services whilst maintaining accurate client records
- Process payment transactions correctly
- Process client invoices and prepare reports
- Preparation of statistical information

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrated administration and customer service experience
- Experience working within the community services industry would be considered highly desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
- A satisfactory National Police Certificate
- Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence

The salary for this position will be from $67,388.08 - $80,071.41 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
