What you’ll do
You'll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Gosford centre. You'll welcome visitors to our centre and perform reception and other administration duties to support the team which require a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. This includes intake of our clients as they register for events or seek information.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience providing administration and customer service support ideally in a similar environment
- Outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy of our data/systems
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle interruptions and changes
- Ability to main confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Calm, compassionate and firm manner when engaging with client
- 3 days per week, based at Gosford
