About the role
We have a great opportunity available for a full time Administration Officer to join our team. A large portion of this role will involve working with clients to coordinate bookings, providing administrative support and data entry.
Key Tasks
- Coordinating client bookings, training courses and providing customer service
- Provide reception and clerical duties including, answering phones, directing calls and filing
- Provide administrative assistance to staff and managers
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Preparing training materials and processing data
- Organising and assisting with office workflow
- Data entry for a range of applications
