We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team based in Perth.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide support to the Program Coordinator and Facilitator roles by scheduling participants appointments, data management, liaising with the Department of Justice and report preparations and submissions. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills, we want to speak to you!
This position will be offered on a 5-monthFixed term Full -Time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

Selection criteria:
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent or relevant experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
- High level of computer literacy, Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Visio desirable).
- Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
- Demonstrated efficiency in time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining filing systems.
- Knowledge of the Family and Domestic Violence services sector.
- Unrestricted drivers’ licence.
- Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date).
- Current Working With Children card.
- Department of Justice clearance
