Waste, Fleet and Operations (Facilities) Department
3 days a week leading into 5 days within the busiest period.
Contract role - 3 months with possible extension
This role provides administrative support with a strong emphasis on customer service to the Waste Manager and Fleet Operations Coordinators
Responsibilities:
- Provide general Administration Support
- Create customer requests in the record system
- Assist with the preparation of waste data reports and maintenance of bin request spreadsheets
- Assist with the preparation of fleet utilisation reports, service schedules and job card entry
- Facilitate administration meetings, agendas and minutes for team meetings and toolbox meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure all enquiries are answered promptly
- Review invoices and prepare for payment
- Issues authorised purchase orders as required
Essential:
- Highly developed administration and time management skills
- Well-developed skills in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong commitment to customer service
- C Class driver's licence
Desirable:
- Sound working knowledge of Technology One and Content Manager software
- South of the River
