Job Summary:
The Administration Officer will manage various administrative functions, ensuring efficient reporting, and support to meet Chemtrans' safety, legal, and performance targets. The role requires collaboration with the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support depot accreditation and compliance programs.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance administration and customer relations.
- General office duties, including documentation, client liaison, invoicing, and office supply management.
