  • Salary: $57,842 - $62,221 - Ongoing Full Time - ASO2
  • Location negotiable across Eyre and Far North region

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer interested in supporting the delivery of high-quality, confidential, customer-focused services to the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network Executive team members.  

Working in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, you will liaise with the Executive team members and their staff and support the management of sensitive and confidential information. Great opportunity to build your networks at the EFNLHN Executive level.

We are seeking someone who values discretion and tact and can work comfortably in a confidential environment.


The four primary job tasks are to:

  • Provide confidential clerical and administrative support, including attending to phone and email enquiries, providing relevant advice and assistance, making appropriate referrals as required and taking and relaying clear and accurate messages
  • Provide timely word processing, data entry and desktop publishing operations
  • Maintain administrative records and systems, filing and record keeping of sensitive and confidential information under supervision, and maintenance of databases for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Provide logistical support across the Executive team, coordinating travel, accommodation, care and venue bookings.


About You

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of clients, members of the community, health service staff and staff from other agencies
  • Ability to determine priorities, organise work and commitments and meet pre-determined deadlines
  • A high level of competency in the use of computers, word processing and office administration processes and procedures
  • Ability to comply with the health service policy on confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and contribute positively to a spirit of team cooperation.
  • Proven excellent customer service skills for people with diverse value systems, cultural differences and special needs
