Overview
Our client is looking for a full time Administrator to provide operational and compliance support for their thriving business.
Key tasks include but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage site induction process for employees and contractors through a variety of portals
- Maintain employee records and ensure profiles are up to date
About You
Full training will be provided in the role however we expect candidates to posess the following:
- Organisational Skills: A strong ability to organise tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritise work is essential
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written commuhnication skills
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities, tasks and situations
- Teamwork: Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to identify issues and come up with practical solutions
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including knowledge of common office software (such as Microsoft Office)
- Initiative: A willingness to take on responsibilities and proactively contribute to the smooth running of the office
- Time Management: Effectively managing one's time to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
- Positive Attitude: A positive and can-do attitude whilst contributing to a positive workplace culture
