Job description

Imperial Glass Cockburn Central requires a full time experienced Administration Officer.

Main tasks

  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.  
  • Handling external and internal communication including phone and emails with appropriate action 
  • Invoicing in Tradify and transferring to MYOB
  • Upkeep of business compliance in all client portals
  • Escalate queries to appropriate senior staff if unable to assist. 
  • Banking- Reconcile all transactions 
  • Data entry of accounts, PO’s, invoices, 
  • Debtors ensure PO is assigned,  
  • Creditors-  EOM payments,  
  • Banking- Reconcile all transactions 

The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company. 

Other Duties 

  • Monitoring and upkeep of glaziers’ inductions/certificates etc.
  • Job specific filing, printing and emailing. 
  • Basic quoting using Tradify 
  • Various Spreadsheet data entry and upkeep
  • Provide all necessary office support to the team.
  • Assist senior administrative staff as directed, to analyse and rectify any issues encountered with the business processes. 
  • Attends meetings when requested. 
  • Prepares clear, professional reports for presentation and discussion at meetings, when requested.

Qualifications 

  • Completion of Year 10 minimum, year 12 preferred Experience  
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years in a similar role preferred. 

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft preferred. 
  • Planning and overseeing company events and office activities
