We are looking for an Administration Office Assistant to join our team, based in Cotton Tree on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
This is a part time position, three days per week, with those days to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Pay rates and conditions are based on Fair Work Commission Clerks- Private Sector Award.
This varied role changes daily but will often include:
- Answering phones, taking and passing on messages as required
- Checking emails regularly through the day, forwarding or actioning if necessary
- Computer processing as requested using Microsoft as well as Client Reference software
- Client contact regarding outstanding premiums
- General administrative support to busy client service teams
- Social media and marketing management
The Successful applicant will have:
- Exceptional communication skills and an understanding that in all things, the client comes first
- Professional, friendly phone manner
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Fantastic written communication skills
- Excellent prioritising and time management skills
- A great sense of humour and positive attitude
- Prior experience within an insurance brokerage or financial planning firm would be highly regarded but not essential.
