OFFICE MANAGER - SPORTS ADMINISTRATION
This is an excellent opportunity in a not for profit Sports Administration role to utilize your highly developed communication, organization and customer service skills in an autonomous position, servicing the requirements of members.
The Queensland Polocrosse Association is seeking to appoint a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day administrative function of the Association in its Toowoomba officer.
Reporting to the elected Management Committee, in this role you will ensure the efficient, effective operations of the office and support volunteer Club Office Holders in their duties.
This role includes: being the public face of the Association, member liaison and support, maintenance of the membership database, all Association correspondence, social media and website maintenance, monthly accounts, banking and payroll, formal minute taking and distribution, promotion and sponsorship and asset maintenance.
Previous experience administering an Incorporated Association and acquitting governmental funding will be highly regards as will competency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), cash book software XERO online and website manager WordPress.

There is an opportunity to work from home on some days of the week.
There will be a requirement to attend some events on weekends.
