Our client is ramping up over the Christmas period and seeking 2 x experienced Administrators for an immediate start. This role is to support the onboarding of new customers and assisting with the back-end administration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, has an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and updating information.
- Support the organisation in achieving their strategic priorities by assisting in meeting deadlines within agreed timeframes.
- Maintaining and preparing compliance and business records.
- Enter data accurately into various systems.
- Previous experience in general administration
- Ability to answer and respond to emails in a timely and friendly manner
- Strong customer service skills and comfortable answering phones when required
