Longerenong College is seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer who is an all-rounder with a can-do approach to join its team. This new role is multi-faceted and provides administrative support and customer service to all areas of the College.
Working closely with the General Manager and Personal Assistant to the GM, this role assists with administrative duties throughout the College and is also responsible for reception duties. This role will also provide administrative support to the RTO and Marketing Coordinator and will assist with College events. You will be an integral part of the team and your approach to providing support and customer service across all areas of the College will ensure your success in the role.
The successful candidate will be experienced in administration and customer service and will be highly motivated and enthusiastic to provide support across the College. With your experience you will work closely with the different teams and gain an insight into corporate administration, marketing, displays, events and general administration through to reception duties.
This role is full time but will be offered as a part time role working across Monday-Friday to the right candidate.
