We require an Administration Assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. Working with a family-owned business means no corporate hurdles to jump, you have the power to impact change and make a difference. You are a positive, detail orientated person with outstanding time management skills and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Timesheet data entry
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Manage merchandise
- Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Uniform and stationery ordering
- Creation of shutdown resource folders
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
As you’ll be part of our small friendly team, you’ll have a good track record of working collaboratively with others.
