Administration Officer

We are seeking a new staff member to join and support our growing Brisbane team based at Murarrie, Southeast Queensland.

We require the services of an Administration / Marketing support professional. 

The tasks and responsibilities required in this role include:

• General office & administration tasks
• Customer service and administration support for Brisbane team 
• Reception duties – answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, etc
• Organise and liaise with suppliers, new leads and customers as directed
• A range of market development tasks as required.
• Assist with developing and maintaining capability statements and marketing materials.
• Organising equipment and calibration schedules.
• Technical report writing under the direction of a team of consultants
• Undertake other duties as required

The Person:

• Demonstrated administration and/or marketing experience
• ·Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• A reliable, proactive and positive team-player
• Experience with project information software such as Deltek Vantagepoint would be highly regarded
• A professional relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded

Working Hours

Flexible hours TBC (can work within school times if required)

· 1-3 days per week (hours and days TBC)
