We are seeking a new staff member to join and support our growing Brisbane team based at Murarrie, Southeast Queensland.
We require the services of an Administration / Marketing support professional.
The tasks and responsibilities required in this role include:
- General office & administration tasks
- Customer service and administration support for Brisbane team
- Reception duties – answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, etc
- Organise and liaise with suppliers, new leads and customers as directed
- A range of market development tasks as required.
- Assist with developing and maintaining capability statements and marketing materials.
- Organising equipment and calibration schedules.
- Technical report writing under the direction of a team of consultants
- Undertake other duties as required
The Person:
- Demonstrated administration and/or marketing experience
- ·Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- A reliable, proactive and positive team-player
- Experience with project information software such as Deltek Vantagepoint would be highly regarded
- A professional relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded
Working Hours
Flexible hours TBC (can work within school times if required)
· 1-3 days per week (hours and days TBC)
