Your role:
This is an opportunity to bring your administration skills to a not for profit that supports some of Victoria's most at risk families. Join the team in our North Central Region working from our Mundy Street office in Bendigo, where you will be supporting a wide range of support and service delivery professionals.
This position is a fixed term position, offering 12 months of work at 4 days per week, covering parental leave with the Administration Team. The Administration team provides professional, efficient and effective administrative support to program staff, Managers and Service Users. The role is as diverse and varied as our service delivery, offering a great opportunity to put your high level skills to practice in a rewarding environment.
The skills you will use day to day:
Administration or business support experience
High level communication skills
Ability to bring teams together
Prioritise multiple tasks of high importance and high risk
Self-driven who can deliver in a fast-paced role working on their own initiative
Strong communication, writing and IT skills
What you should know:
Salary is in line with SCHADS level 3 (Clerical)
This is around $37.03 per hour and 30.4 hours per week are offered.
Office location is Bendigo, our Modern location on Mundy Street
Fixed term contract to the end of Jan 2025.
