About the role:
- Provide general membership support via email and calls, assist members where possible or redirecting queries
- Act as a first point of contact for the general enquiry line and general inbox
- Compose and edit documents, file, produce accurate reports and general administration
- Coordination of records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, travel bookings
- Liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Project team with general administration, coordination and organization
- Experience working in customer service or administration
- High attention to detail, high level of written and verbal communication
- Personable, engaging and strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong motivation, work ethic and desire to grow and develop
- Good problem solving skills, with drive and initiative to consistently improve
- Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
- 1 RDO per month
- Team lunches and activities throughout the year
