About the role
We have an exciting vacancy for an Application Specialist to join our Information Technology Team!
This role is responsible for the technical ownership of a large suite of applications, including enterprise applications run firm-wide through to niche applications that service specific parts of the firm. It will provide excellent experience collaborating with different areas of the business, and assist the internal team to continually build on and improve existing processes and technology.
Your key duties will include:
- Providing application support, including maintenance, and ensuring stability, performance, reliability and security as required with a focus on continual improvement
- Build relationships with key stakeholders – internal and external
- Standardise and streamline support processes across applications
- Creating and maintaining adequate documentation across applications
- Participation in initiatives and projects, working as technical lead/SME to implement ‘fit for purpose’ solutions
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following technical experience:
- Enterprise Document Management System (DMS) support experience
- Web server and application support experience, such as IIS
- Active Directory and Microsoft environment experience
- Knowledge and experience implementing enterprise-grade solutions

The following would be advantageous, but are not a prerequisite:
- iManage DMS experience
- Finance system support experience
- CRM support experience
- Dynamics365 support experience
- SQL database administration experience
- Knowledge and experience working in Azure environments
