Administration Officer - Bookkeeper

Mitolo Wines is a South Australian family-owned business located in a beautiful pocket of McLaren Vale, south of Adelaide.  Mitolo Wines have their offices located in Stepney, South Australia.  Mitolo Wines take pride in providing our customers with an experience to remember using the freshest local produce available and exceptional customer service.

Mitolo Wines are seeking an experienced, highly motivated office all-rounder to join their Team in Stepney. This position is being offered on a part time basis, initially 25 hours per week with the potential to increase hours.

The successful candidate ideally will have experience in the following:

• Experience in all aspects of Business Central and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Administrative support including general office duties; filing and archiving.
• Accounts Receivable – ensuring customers remain within payment terms, following up on outstanding payments.
• Accounts Payable – inputting and payment of invoices.
• Bookkeeping including Stocktaking; BAS and Profit & Loss Statements including End of Year Tax preparations.
• Previous experience within the wine industry.
