As a member of the Building and Environmental Health team the Admin Officer role will put to use your administration experience to ensure a high level of customer service to the team, and our external and internal customers. The role requires excellent organisation skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage conflicting tasks.

About the role:- Processing, typing and issuing of Development Consents
- Processing requests for building information
- Lodging applications using the NSW Planning Portal and Council’s systems
- Issuing and processing quotes, invoices and refunds
- Undertaking administrative processes for fire safety devices
- Running reports and statistics for the Building and Environmental Health Unit
- Assist the Building and Environmental Health Unit with administrative functions where required
- a base salary ranging from $58,275 per annum with competency-based increments up to $66,768 per annum, plus 11% super
- contract role - maximum 18 months
