Job DescriptionMORE ABOUT THE ROLE:- As the key Administration Professional in each office, you have significant autonomy in your day-to-day tasks and influence on the lives of the Operations Leadership and front-line teams.- Coordinate property management activities for houses ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Operations Leadership team- Ensure the efficient and effective running of the office including Reception, Switch board, vendor and office management.- Track stocks of office supplies, house equipment or other necessary supplies and place orders when necessary- Support the Area Manager and the People and Capability team to ccoordinate front-line team member information such as qualifications, licencing renewals, and other mandatory information management.- Liaise with support office to submit receipts and ensure financial obligations are met for each house.
MORE ABOUT YOU:- Prior work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role an advantage
- Highly organised multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and informal leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and property management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Keen to grow and develop within the role
